After the opening moves 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6, Carlsen played 5.Bc4 inviting Nepo to take the pawn on e4, which he did 5…Nxe4. But he forgot the follow-up to the trap after 6.Qh5.
